Dr. Lindsay Fallon (she/her/hers) seeks to train and support educators to deliver systems-level (e.g., classroom, schoolwide) behavioral interventions with high levels of implementation fidelity to benefit learners, specifically youth who are racially and ethnically minoritized and/or with or at risk for disabilities. She leverages an in-depth understanding of multi-tiered systems of support, behavioral interventions, and implementation science to promote sustainable change in educational settings. This work centers equity and intentional efforts to engage in culturally responsive practice. Her scholarship has focused on supports to both adult and student behavior. She has partnerships with many area public schools and districts and engage in consultation and research.
