Cathleen Johnson is the Event and Business Operations Manager for the Center for Collaborative Leadership at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She left her position in the Community Service Department at MassHousing Finance Agency in 2013 to work for Mares Associates, a small defense consulting company that she started with her husband in 2010. She has spent the last three decades serving on many non-profit committees affecting positive change within the veterans and under-served communities across Massachusetts.
Johnson received a bachelor’s degree in English from Bridgewater State University and is currently working on her graduate degree in Public Administration with a track in Gender, Leadership, and Public Policy at UMass Boston.
