This page includes all forms you will need when submitting your online application to study abroad. These will be in your checklist for your specific program application. Please do not submit these documents unless you are currently active in a study abroad application.
- Request for Prior Approval of Study Abroad Transfer Credits Form FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS
- Request for Prior Approval for Transfer of Graduate Study Abroad FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS
- Consortium Agreement- Only if using financial aid (please note, if you are going on a semester or year-long exchange program in which you will be paying UMass Boston tuition, we can provide a link to a budget sheet from our office in place of page 2 of the consortium agreement. If you are going on exchange you will only need to fill out and submit page 1, along with the link to the budget provided by studyabroad@umb.edu)
- UMass Boston Enrollment Verification - to be submitted to financial aid after arrival to your program.
