The Chancellor's Council is a distinguished group of donors
whose gifts to UMass Boston form the cornerstone of our private support.

We welcome members who are committed to making UMass Boston a priority in their yearly charitable giving.  Each level of membership helps us to create a vibrant 21st century education for UMass Boston's students: 

Benefactor A yearly gift of $25,000 or more
Regent A yearly gift of $10,000 or more
Partner A yearly gift of $5,000 or more
Beacon A yearly gift of $2,500 or more
Patron A yearly gift of $1,000 or more

  • For those who graduated six to ten years ago memebership is made available with a yearly gift of $500 or more; graduates within the past five years are eligible with gifts of $250 or more.
  • Chancellor's Council members receive special invitations to events with the chancellor and key administrators, opportunities to attend enriching activities both on and off campus, and a periodic letter from the chancellor sharing his latest ideas.
