Proposals for external funds must be submitted to
ORSP at least 5 business days prior to sponsor deadlines

Principal Investigators must provide the ORSP with their completed proposals at least 5 business days prior to the sponsor's submission deadline. The ORSP reviews all proposals prepared by faculty and staff to ensure that sponsors' terms and conditions are acceptable to the university and, at the same time, that the work proposed by a faculty or staff member (i.e., principal investigator, or PI) is consistent with university goals, policies, and procedures.
